设计需要认同和鼓励|Design need recognition and encouragement
今年中国市场的开发项目有限，所以主要是在帮美国方面做设计。前两个月比较郁闷，我们ID team做的设计发到美国一直没有feedback，对设计积极性有点打击。
今天，收到老大Forward给经理和我的一封邮件，来自美国方面的工业设计经理，美国的ID team对我们过去两个月的设计的反映还不错，要求我们把几个设计做快速成型模型，然后寄到美国去。这个好消息大大地鼓舞了我们，也激发了我更加用心去做设计。就我而言，我希望自己的工作有所价值，能够被他人、被社会认同。我工作并不仅仅是为了那份薪水，如马斯洛需求层次论所说，还希望能体现自己的价值，实现自我。用一句俗语讲，就是做个对社会有用的人。
As we know, using PEX tube is a solution to reach no-lead standard in faucets. However, if a faucet is designed in a whole part, it will be inconvenient for installation, separate parts design can solve this problem, but ordinary separate parts design will deeply affect the beauty of appearence .
So I if you design a separating parts faucet, it’s a good way to make the parting line as part of the shape, such as the edge of two different surfaces.
